§ 408(b)(2) Brokerage Service Provider Disclosure

As a service provider for qualified retirement plans, American Century® Brokerage is providing you with information about our services, expenses and fees. The information is intended to comply with § 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

As a plan sponsor, you must review the information carefully. Investment-related information will be updated at least annually, or more frequently if required by law, and we will notify you if there are other important disclosure changes in the future.


There are two parts to the American Century Brokerage § 408(b)(2) disclosure.
