§ 408(b)(2) Service Provider Disclosure for 403(b) Plans
As a 403(b) service provider, American Century Services, LLC is providing you with information about our services, expenses and fees. The information is intended to comply with § 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
As a plan sponsor, you must review the information carefully. Investment-related information will be updated at least annually, or more frequently if required by law, and we will notify you if there are other important disclosure changes in the future.
The disclosure information is intended for 403(b) plans subject to ERISA. If your plan is not subject to ERISA, you may still find the information helpful, but you are not required to review the disclosures.
There are two parts to the American Century Services, LLC § 408(b)(2) disclosure. Part I describes the fees and costs associated with our services and Part II describes investment-related information. You will also find a disclosure document from State Street Bank and Trust Company, the Custodian of the 403(b) accounts in your 403(b) plan.
